Making a Return

At OVOX, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return any item within 28 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt, provided the item is in perfect condition, with original packaging. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Procedure

  1. Go to return/exchange section on our website
  2. Fill the return form with all the necessary information required
  3. Submit the form
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office or courier service and keep your proof of postage.
  6. Return process can take up to 5-6 days after we receive the product at our warehouse
  7. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once your request is approved.

Return Charges

There are two types of returns: change of mind and faulty or incorrect items.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of returning the item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items received over 30 days ago.
  • Gift cards.
  • Used items

Preparing Your Return

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Use alternative packaging if the original is no longer available.

Terms and Conditions

  • All returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging intact

  • If original packaging is not available, use suitable alternative packaging and enclose the returns inside (make sure that items do not get damaged during transportation)

  • Attach the return label to the outer packaging for a smooth and timely return process, free from any unnecessary delays.

  • If you no longer have a return label, you will need to request a new label. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

  • Returns the items you've specified through the website in the return parcel do not send multiple orders in one parcel, as this will cause issues with your return order being processed.

  • Do not attempt to fix or repair your faulty product as this will invalidate your warranty and we will not be able to take your claim further.

  • Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size or store credit/Sale items cannot be returned

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our policy. This returns policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.

  • Returns that don't meet our policy or are without proof of purchase cannot be refunded. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation to ensure a successful return process.

Important Notes

  • Ensure your return is well packaged and meets our conditions.
  • We are not liable for returns that don't arrive back at our warehouse.
  • Refunds can only be processed with a valid return request and return label.
  • If payment was made using a gift card, refund card or e-gift card then the refund will go back on to the original card – so keep it safe.

Refunding Your Order

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. This will be visible in your account within 10 working days, depending on your payment method

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item (change of size/colour/product), please visit our Return/Exchange section on our website and submit the exchange form within 28 days of receiving your order. Use the subject title 'Exchange Request and our team will help facilitate the exchange process.

  • Submit an exchange request within 28 days of purchase via the returns procedure stated above
  • Contact customer service and inform them the item's colour and/or size you wish to exchange for.

Note that exchanges are limited to once per order, per item, and are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to process the exchange as a refund to the original payment method, if necessary. Exchange Postage Chargers will be paid by the customer

Cancelling An Order After Dispatch

Please note that we cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched. However, this does not impact your statutory rights. If you change your mind after placing an order, you can return the goods to us once they have been delivered.
